How to redeem points: At checkout, you can use one point per dollar to redeem up to 0% of your order’s subtotal.

This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

Return Window: 14 days
Return Methods: Return & Refund is default (Vendor may allow Returnless Refund)
Shipping Fees: Buyer may be responsible for both shipping costs in some cases.
Restocking fee: may be charged (Max 20%)

Cancelation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.
Any shipped orders will be subject to an RMA. Please check the vendor’s Return Policy for Details.

Q. When do you charge my credit card (PayPal) account for Pre-order or Back-order items?

Payment for Pre-order or Back-order items paid for with PayPal are captured when the first item(s) on the order ships because Credit Card (PayPay) only allows one opportunity to capture funds.

Sometimes, packages shipped internationally using the U.S. Postal Service are returned to us. These returned packages have a note saying that our client never responded to messages from that country's customs office requesting that the package be picked up. We suggest that our clients who choose international shipping using the U.S. Postal Service make a note of the tracking number we e-mail them and keep in close contact with their customs office to assure delivery without an issue.
