Cancelation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.
Any shipped orders will be subject to an RMA. Please check the vendor’s Return Policy for Details.

Q. What are your fragrance oils made from?

The fragrance oils that we use in our candles consist of both natural and synthetic aromatic ingredients. Natural fragrances are extracted from plants and flowers and synthetic fragrances are manufactured from man-made materials.
Q. Do you have a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy?

Yes, Abboo Candle Co has an established MAP Policy that a Stockist must follow for the advertising and marketing of our products. A full copy is available upon request. Stockists are free to set the actual resale price of our products as long as it is at or above the current MAP price. Abboo Candle Co’s MAP policy applies to all advertising placements, including but not limited to: print ads (inserts, magazines, newspapers, catalogs, mail order catalogs, etc.), broadcast (radio and TV), direct mail, faxes, internet placement with third parties (banner ads, broadcast emails, destination pages, third-party sites), internet placements on Stockist’s own website, and any flyers, posters or coupons.
Q. When will my order ship?

Wholesale orders are made to order. The average production time is 10-14 days. You can always email us prior to placing your order if you have a specific deadline and want to know if we are able to accommodate your request.
Q. Do you offer private label or white label?

No, we do not offer private label or white label.
Q. Can I sell your products on a website that isn't my own?

No, stockists may not sell our products through any 3rd party websites including, but not limited to Etsy, Amazon or eBay.
Q. What are your candles made of?

We use eco-friendly soy wax derived from American grown soybeans, cotton wicks and the finest fragrance oils that are free of phthalates, carcinogens and toxins.
Q. Can I use your photos for my website or social media?

Yes, you can use our product photos on FashionGo.
Q. What are your MSRP requirements?

Abboo Candle Co requires that stockists do not advertise online, in print or any other electronic form a price lower than the price advertised by Abboo Candle Co without first obtaining permission.
Q. How should I store or display my candles?

Store your candle in a cool, dry place. If exposed to sunlight for prolonged periods of time, soy candles may discolor or fade. We do not recommend displaying candles in direct sunlight.
Q. Do you offer drop shipping?

No, we do not offer drop shipping.
Q. What should I do if a candle arrives broken?

If your package arrives damaged, please email us immediately and include photos of the shipping box and all damaged items. Do not throw away the box or broken items as the shipping carrier may want to see it! Replacement items will be sent out ASAP once photos are provided.
Q. Why does my candle look splotchy?

The splotchy look is likely a result of the wax pulling away from the jar resulting in what is referred to as wet spots. This most often happens in colder weather and you may notice the wet spots change their position. This is completely normal and does not affect the performance of your candle.
