Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Cancelation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

  • Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
  • Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.

Furthermore, we require that all our ingredient suppliers meet the same criteria of no animal testing.     Any orders placed after the cutoff time of 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. If an item is in stock, it will ship out within 1-2 business days.     All returns are done through email ONLY- please contact our returns department at: SALES@AGIRLSGOTTASPA.COM. We ONLY accept returns if the item(s) you purchased were damaged or defective. Please provide your order number, company name, name of item(s) you wish to return, quantity, photos of the item, and the reason for the return (damaged/defective etc.)- any missing information may delay the returns procedure. The returns department will respond to you at their earliest convenience. All claims for damages or defects must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order. Any claims after 5 days will not be approved. Any packages that are refused will be subject to additional shipping charges and all pending orders will be held. We strongly believe in keeping and creating jobs in the U.S., as well as insuring quality control that our products are made to the highest standards without animal testing.     While our products do not contain gluten, the essential oils may have been processed on machinery that processes grains.     Q. Why do the same products sometimes vary slightly in color or scent?
    
                                    
    To retain the highest quality for each product, we craft them in small batches. Since our ingredients are mostly natural, product changes can occur over a period of time, and those changes in color, scent, viscosity and texture are not necessarily immediate.     Q. It says my credit card declined, but it shouldn't be declining, can you still process it?
    
                                    
    Due to FashionGo's new payment system, if your credit card declines with another vendor, it will show as declined on all pending orders with the same credit card. In order for us to be able to charge your card, you will need to update the card. You may need to delete the card and re-enter it on your account. For issues regarding your credit card, please contact FashionGo directly.
