How to earn points
Once your order ships, you’ll earn 1% in reward points for every dollar spent on the subtotal.
How to redeem points
At checkout, you can use one point per dollar to redeem up to 10% of your order’s subtotal.
Rewards Program Policy

A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

Not as Expected, Change of Mind, & Other Reasons
  • Non-returnable
    * Some non-returnable items may be eligible for return under certain conditions. Please see below for Wrong, Missing, Damaged, & Defective Items.

Cancelation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

  • Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
  • Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.
  • Any shipped orders will be subject to an RMA. Please check the vendor’s Return Policy for Details.
