A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

Not as Expected, Change of Mind, & Other Reasons
  • Return Window: 14 days
  • Return Methods: Return & Refund is default (Vendor may allow Returnless Refund)
  • Shipping Fees: Buyer may be responsible for both shipping costs in some cases.
  • Restocking fee: may be charged (Max 20%)
Wrong, Missing, Damaged, & Defective Items
  • Return Window: 14 days
  • Processing Methods: Return & Refund, Replacement or Returnless Refund
  • Shipping Fees: Vendor covers original and return shipping

Cancelation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

  • Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
  • Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.
  • Any shipped orders will be subject to an RMA. Please check the vendor’s Return Policy for Details.

    Please inspect all merchandise before washing, printing or any alterations. We cannot accept returns or exchanges that have been altered in any way. All claims but be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Return requests must be submitted by e-mail to info@amylynnusa.com. All returned merchandise will be refused if not accompanied with a Return Authorization and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs on all returned items that AMY LYNN is not at fault for.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify that the merchandise received matches what was ordered and resolve any claims with AMY LYNN before the garments are altered. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Replacements will be shipped by original shipping method.     At AMY LYNN, we stand behind our product and if any type of damage is received in an order, we will replace or refund the item(s) immediately. Any replacements will be shipped by original shipping method.     Please inspect all merchandise before washing, printing or any alterations. All claims but be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Please allow 2-3 business days to process return requests. Once you request has been approved you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA). All returns/exchanges will be refused if not accompanied with a Return Authorization. All RMA’s are valid for 14 days.
