A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

Not as Expected, Change of Mind, & Other Reasons
  • Return Window: 14 days
  • Return Methods: Return & Refund is default (Vendor may allow Returnless Refund)
  • Shipping Fees: Buyer may be responsible for both shipping costs in some cases.
  • Restocking fee: may be charged (Max 20%)
Wrong, Missing, Damaged, & Defective Items
  • Return Window: 14 days
  • Processing Methods: Return & Refund, Replacement or Returnless Refund
  • Shipping Fees: Vendor covers original and return shipping

Cancelation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

  • Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
  • Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.
  • Any shipped orders will be subject to an RMA. Please check the vendor’s Return Policy for Details.

    Our normal turn around time is 3-10 business days. This can extend longer during peak shopping times. The day after you place your order is when your processing time starts and does not include holidays or weekends.

    Yes. You can use our images to gather preorders / place on your website or social media. We also ask to place your watermark on our images. Please be aware that there are times when certain colors / sizes are out of stock.     No. We will only accept customers who sell on their online stores, brick and mortars, or in their Facebook groups.

    Q. What if an item arrives damaged?
    
                                    
    All returns must be requested within 3 business days after receipt of merchandise. Return authorizations will be emailed to you, and all returned merchandise must be new condition as received from us (with tags). Please email us for claims of damaged merchandise.     Q. Are these screen print or vinyl?
    
                                    
    Everything in our shop is printed using Direct to Garment, Screen Print, or Sublimation. Vinyl foil is only used as an accent on some designs.
