This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

  • Return Window: 7 days
  • Return Methods: Return & Refund is default (Vendor may allow Returnless Refund)
  • Shipping Fees: Buyer may be responsible for both shipping costs in some cases.

Cancelation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

  • Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
  • Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.

Shopping online can be frustrating when it comes to finding the perfect fitting clothing piece or accessory. At AZURA www.fashiongo.net/azura. Accurate measurements and fit are important in order for our customer to find the perfect item.

The size charts are general guidelines for average measurements. Sizes will vary depending on design, cut, style and fabrication. Most of our clothing will fit true to size unless otherwise noted. Our models are on average of 5'9 - 5'10 and wear a size small, size 2 - 4.

  • Q. Where do you ship From?
    We ship from Down Town Los Angeles CA to all US states and territories, as well as many countries internationally. Contact us for international shipments.
  • Q. I placed my order. When will it ship?
    Customers can expect their order to be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive tracking information via email once a shipping label is printed for your order. Expedited orders (next-day and 2-day shipping) are shipped the same day, Monday-Friday, as long as the order is placed before 4 PM PST. Under unusual circumstances of extremely high volume, please allow 3 business days of processing time. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive it within the shipping timeframes advertised, please make sure that your address is correct and includes all relevant or required information. The correct abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or suite numbers, etc, are important to ensure proper delivery. AZURA is not responsible for stolen packages or lost/incorrectly delivered orders if the address or any relevant shipping information was entered incorrectly at time of checkout.
  • Q. Can I cancel or modify my order?
    We are able to cancel up to 60-90 minutes after your order has been placed. Please contact our team asap for help, and we will do our best to make that happen! This time frame ensures that you receive your items as soon as possible.
  • Q. My credit card was declined. What should I do?
    Most commonly, credit cards are declined due to incorrect billing information being provided. Please ensure that the billing address is entered accurately and completely. If the problem persists, we advise reaching out to your banking institution or card issuer.
