Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

  • Return Window: 7 days
  • Return Methods: Return & Refund is default (Vendor may allow Returnless Refund)
  • Shipping Fees: Buyer may be responsible for both shipping costs in some cases.
  • Restocking fee: may be charged (Max 20%)

Cancelation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

  • Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
  • Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.
  • Any shipped orders will be subject to an RMA. Please check the vendor’s Return Policy for Details.

    We initially pre-authorize your payment method to secure the order. After the order is packed, weighed, and ready to ship, we will capture the final payment amount along with shipping costs. The initial pre-authorization charge will be removed from your statement.
  • Q. What is a pre-authorization, and how long will it appear on my bank statement?
    A pre-authorization is a temporary hold on your account for the order total plus estimated shipping costs. This hold will not be finalized or withdrawn from your account. Once we have the actual shipping costs, we will charge the final amount, which will be less than the pre-authorized amount. The pre-authorization typically remains on your bank statement for 1-5 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Q. How can I check the status of my order?
    You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. You will be able to see if your order is still in the “new order” stage, has been “confirmed,” or is “fully shipped.”
  • Q. How quickly are orders processed and shipped?

    To access detailed information on our styles, including pricing, colors, and shipping dates, you must first obtain a seller’s permit and register as a buyer on Fashion Go.
  • Q. Do you attend tradeshows?
    Yes, we participate in most apparel trade shows nationwide.
  • Q. How will I know if my order has been received and is being processed?
    Our invoicing team diligently monitors all incoming orders. Once your order is confirmed, we will authorize your payment and forward your order to our warehouse for packing and shipping.
