A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Cancelation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

  • Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
  • Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.
  • Any shipped orders will be subject to an RMA. Please check the vendor’s Return Policy for Details.

    Once your order is submitted, it is immediately sent for processing which entails a number of steps. During this time, we are unable to easily cancel your order. Order cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Always review your order before you check out.

  • Q. IS THERE A MINIMUM THAT NEEDS TO BE PURCHASED?
    Our merchandise is pre-packed per style per color, typically 6 pieces per pack. Please see individual product listings for packing information and breakdown. For first-time clients, we recommend ordering a few different styles so that you can carry a good representation of B. COATURE in your store.
  • Q. WHAT SIZES DO YOU CARRY?
    Please check individual items for size breakdowns and fit specifications.
  • Q. WHAT IS A PRE-PACK?
    A pre-pack is an entire size run per style per color. An 6 piece pack is one style, one color (2 S, 2 M, 2 L). Exceptions to this would be if you were placing a custom or private label order (starting as low as 600 pieces per style per color).
  • Q. DOES B. COATURE SELL BROKEN PACKS?
    No. We only sell pre-packs (6 pieces). For the Open Pack option, please contact support@bcoature.com for further inquiries
  • Q. THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT CAN I DO NOW?
    Please contact us via e-mail: support@bcoature.com or call 213.747.0277. We are happy to check if a few packs are still available or if we have a comparable item in stock.
  • Q. HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
