How to earn points
Once your order ships, you’ll earn 2% in reward points for every dollar spent on the subtotal.

At checkout, you can use one point per dollar to redeem up to 10% of your order’s subtotal.
Rewards Program Policy

A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

Not as Expected, Change of Mind, & Other Reasons
  • Return Window: 7 days
  • Return Methods: Return & Refund is default (Vendor may allow Returnless Refund)
  • Shipping Fees: Buyer may be responsible for both shipping costs in some cases.
  • Restocking fee: may be charged (Max 10%)
Wrong, Missing, Damaged, & Defective Items
  • Return Window: 7 days
  • Processing Methods: Return & Refund, Replacement or Returnless Refund
  • Shipping Fees: Vendor covers original and return shipping
  • Restocking Fee: Not Applicable

Cancelation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

  • Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
  • Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.
  • Any shipped orders will be subject to an RMA. Please check the vendor’s Return Policy for Details.

* Vendor may cancel items or orders due to inventory issues.

  • Q. Can you deliver to my store for the Local orders?
    Yes, we deliver.
  • Q. Why does some of my orders arrive to late?
    Our factory in China is greatly affected by the pandemic spread in the region. Sometimes the forwarding carriers are also delayed by the congestion.
  • Q. Are you shipping from China?
    No. We ship from the USA, in Los Angele, CA.
  • Q. How long does it take for a Pre Order to be delivered?
    It usually takes 10 days for your order to be here in our warehouse. And you will get it in 2-3 weeks.
  • Q. Do you have the clothes in Stock?
    Yes. We do have the clothes in Stock. However, some of the new styles are for Pre Order only, which means that you place the order first, and then we have your order prepared and shipped to you by the ETA date.
