Please note that these dates are given to us by our manufacturers, therefore we have no control over the changes. Please contact our customer service department via phone, email, or Fashion Go message for more accurate details. - We do not price match. NO EXCEPTIONS. - Shipping is charged with every shipment. We do not ship back orders for free. - ALL returns are done through e-mail only. Please e-mail us regarding any returns, damaged merchandise, concerns, proper return authorizations, and problems. In the email, please include your Order Number, Company Name, Style #, quantity, pictures of what you received, and a brief description of the return. Our returns department will respond to your email as soon as possible. Please read our return policy for more information regarding returns. - ALL cancellations must be made prior to shipping. Once it has left our warehouse, we will no longer be able to cancel. Cancellations must be requested by the customer (unless the merchandise is sold out this does not include back order items). Due to past issues, we are no longer able to cancel orders through the phone.The cancellation request should only be made by e-mail or Fashion Go message- please do not forget to provide your order number. This will be useful for any future references if for some reason a canceled order is accidentally shipped out. If an order is not canceled, we are authorized to ship them out. - It is the customer's responsibility to cancel and monitor ANY pending orders or back orders, no matter how old the order is. A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Cancelation Policy
Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.
- Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
- Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.
- Any shipped orders will be subject to an RMA. Please check the vendor’s Return Policy for Details.

- Any orders placed after the cutoff time of 8:30 AM will begin processing the next business day- no exceptions. We require AT LEAST 2 business days to process orders. If an item is in stock, it will ship out after the 2 business days. If it is not currently available, it will ship out once the shipment for the item comes in. We require 2 business days to process in order to confirm with our warehouse and/or manufacturer if the item is in stock.

- Q. I just placed an order, can you ship it out today?
- Unfortunately we do not do same day shipping. All orders, no matter how large or small, require at least 2 business days to process.

- Q. Why does the pre-order/back order date keep changing?
- All dates that are shown are estimated dates provided by our manufacturers, which means that these dates can change- they may come in earlier than expected or they may also get delayed due to manufacturing issues. We go based off of the dates that they provide us with, therefore we have no control over any changes made. Sometimes the delays may reach 3 months, but again we have no control over this. It is possible that our manufacturers may stop the production for some styles (even if they have pre-order dates), so we highly recommend not to pre-sell to your customers. Please remember that we are just distributors, not manufacturers.

- Q. Why can't you cancel my order over the phone?
- Due to issues in the past, we no longer do phone cancellations. All cancellations must be done via Fashion Go message or email at BTWEEN75@GMAIL.COM . We require written requests for our records as well as the buyer's. If a buyer cancels an order, and for some reason we ship it out unknowingly, the buyer will have proof of cancellation. Please make sure you receive confirmation that your order has been canceled.

- Q. It says my credit card declined, but it shouldn't be declining, there's enough funds!
- Due to Fashion Go's new payment system, if your credit card declines with another vendor, it will show as declined on all pending orders with the same credit card. In order for us to be able to charge your card, you will need to update the card. You may need to delete the card and re-enter it on your account. For issues regarding your credit card, please contact Fashion Go directly. Please understand that there is no way for us to charge your account if the payment status shows as "pending" or "declined," until the card is updated and the payment status shows as "ready."

- No, we do not sell broken packs.

- Q. Why can't you cancel my order through the phone?
- We have had many issues in the past where a customer claims an order was canceled by phone and still shipped out, but unfortunately have no proof of cancellation. We require a written request for cancellations to ensure that if for some reason a situation like this occurs, there is a record of the cancellation.
