Rooted in Hong Kong since 1989, Tai Hing is famous for its Chinese roast food (siu-mei), in which the "5-star Roast Pork" is the house specialty. "Chilled Original Milk Tea" is another well-recommended product which is served with bowl-of-ice to keep its chilliness but without diluting the taste.
