How can I earn Rewards Points?
There are many ways to earn points!
1) Purchase Orders: Earn points on qualifying purchases with participating vendors on FASHIONGO.
2) Reward Coupons: Get points through rewards coupons issued by vendors.
3) Product Reviews: Earn extra points by leaving reviews for purchased items.
What is a “Qualifying Purchase”
1) Fully/Partially Shipped orders from a participating program vendor;
2) To earn points, Vendor’s Points earning status must be active at the time of purchase;
3) The applicable order amount for earning Points: (Subtotal-Discount-Redeemed Points); and
4) The applicable order amount for redeeming Points: (Subtotal-Discount)
Why are my Rewards Points pending?
Points from qualifying purchases are pending when an order is placed and are earned once the order status is updated to partially or fully shipped.

Points from product reviews are earned as soon as you submit a review and can be redeemed immediately.
My order changed. Will this affect how many points I earn?
If the order amount is increased or decreased after checkout, the applicable order amount for earning Points (Subtotal-Discount-Redeemed Points) will also increase or decrease accordingly. Therefore, the earnable Rewards Points will be adjusted based on the applicable order amount at the time of order shipment.
What is Rewards Coupon?
Rewards Coupon are coupons with Rewards Points that are issued by participating Program Vendors to buyers. The buyer can activate to redeem these Points on the Rewards Coupon without purchase. Reward coupons may not be issued for product reviews.
How many Reward Points do I earn for leaving a product review?
The points you earn vary based on the vendor’s earning rate. Rates may differ for text and photo reviews. For example, a vendor might offer 3% for text reviews and 5% for photo reviews, totaling 8% if you include both text and photos.

a. Buyers can earn points for each product review they submit, with the following limits and conditions:
  1. i. Text Reviews: Earn 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 percent of the order amount of the reviewed product.
  2. ii. Photo Reviews: Earn 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 percent of the order amount of the reviewed product.
  3. iii. Minimum Text Length: Text reviews must contain at least 20 characters.
  4. iv. Review Content: Points are awarded for reviews with text or both text and photos. No points are awarded for photo-only reviews.
  5. v. Review Limits: Earn points for reviews based on the number of unique style numbers in a purchase. For example, if a purchase contains 20 unique styles, you can earn points for up to 20 reviews.
  6. vi. Vendor Determination: The maximum points for product reviews are set by each vendor.
b. Upon review submission, earned points will appear in "My Rewards" and can be used right away on future orders.
c. You can't earn points from vendors who have deactivated the points feature for product reviews or turned off the points earning function.
d. The earning rate for points can change daily based on each vendor's choice.
My product review rewards points were reversed. What does this mean?
If your review meets any of the following criteria, it may be removed, and your reward points reversed without prior notice:
Criteria include:
  1. - Contains advertising or spam
  2. - Includes explicit, harassing, or discriminatory content
  3. - Is obtained or influenced through coercion
  4. - Is biased, inauthentic (e.g., copied from other users), or untruthful
  5. - Compensates a third party for reviews
  6. - Contains feedback not specific to the brand or within their control on FASHIONGO (e.g., a review of the FASHIONGO platform or the shipping carrier)
  7. - Reveals private information of a brand or retailer
  8. - Undermines the integrity of FASHIONGO's review system, including inappropriate usage of reviews
  9. - Falsely inflates a brand’s review score
  10. - Contains inappropriate images or images unrelated to the product
What happens to my Rewards Points if I edit or delete a product review?
Once you submit a product review, you cannot edit or delete it, and the points issued for product reviews will not change.
Vendor deactivated Earning Points after I placed an order. Will I still earn points?
Yes, as long as the Vendor's Points earning status was active at the time of purchase, you will earn points if the Qualifying Purchase order is updated to shipped and if you submit product reviews for those shipped items.

Go to “My Rewards” to see and track your Rewards Points history and status.
When can I use my Rewards Points?
You can use your earned Rewards Points on any Qualifying Purchases with participating Program vendor. Your Rewards Points will be available to apply to the order at checkout.
What is the Redemption rate?
Redemption rate is set by each participating Rewards Vendor and it determines the maximum number of points you can redeem on an order. It is calculated as [Redemption % x (Subtotal-Discount)] and is subject to change based on each Rewards Vendor. (Example: If the vendor’s Redemption percentage is 10% and the order total amount is $200, the maximum points that can be used is 20 points)
Do my Rewards Points expire?
Yes. Points will expire on the last day of the 3rd month from the earned date. Points from Rewards Coupon vary in expiration dates based on the issuing participating Program Vendor. The expiration date cannot be extended.
My pending Points expired before the order is Fully Shipped because the order is cancelled. Can I still use them?
Yes. The expiration date of the points will be extended by one month if the order is cancelled. The Points will be credited back to your account once the order status is updated to Cancelled.
What happens to my Rewards Points when I return an order and receive a refund?
Your redeemed points for the refunded order will be credited back once the vendor issues a refund. If the refunded points have expired, they will have a new expiration date: the last day of the third month from the refund date. Any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
You can keep the points earned from product reviews even if you return the items.
Can I transfer my Points to other FASHIONGO accounts?
Rewards Points cannot be transferred or shared with other accounts.
Do my Rewards Points have a cash value?
Rewards Points does NOT have a cash value. You cannot convert Points to cash or store credit.

Rewards Program Policy

A. Overview of Rewards Program (the “Rewards” or “Rewards Program”)

This Rewards Program is a seller (“Vendor”) led loyalty program* at FASHIONGO that allows purchasers (“Buyer”) to earn and redeem rewards points (“Points”) on Qualifying Purchase(s) or as otherwise stated in this Rewards Program.

The conditions that must be met to qualify as a “Qualifying Purchase” and other details are as follows:

  1. 1. Fully or partially shipped (collectively “Shipped”) orders from a participating Vendor in the Rewards Program;
  2. 2. to earn Points, a Vendor’s Rewards participating status must be active at the time of purchase;
  3. 3. the applicable order amount eligible for earning Points is the final amount after subtracting Discount and Points converted into dollars (“Redeemed Points”) from the Subtotal amount** (“Eligible Earning Amount”); and
  4. 4. the applicable order amount eligible for redeeming Points is the final amount after subtracting Discount from the Subtotal amount (“Eligible Redemption Amount”).

Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons as further described below. Earned Points (“Earned Points”), as detailed below can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchases. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor from which the Points were earned from.

B. General

  1. I.  Eligibility.  All active FASHIONGO registered Buyers can participate in the Rewards Program. Buyers can earn Points on Qualifying Purchases. All earned and unexpired Points are redeemable upon checkout up to the maximum redemption rate set by each respective Vendor. Buyer is automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program by making a Qualifying Purchase on FASHIONGO. By making a Qualifying Purchase and participating in the Rewards Program, Buyer agrees to this Rewards Program Policy, Terms of Use, and all other applicable terms.  Buyer also acknowledges that the Rewards Program is subject to change without prior notice, and at FASHIONGO’s sole discretion. Buyers’ continued participation in the Rewards constitutes their acceptance of any change in terms.

  2. II. Duration, Modification, and Termination of the Rewards. Each participating Vendor has the right to activate or deactivate Points earning status or change the maximum redemption rate at their sole discretion without prior notice to Buyer.

  3. III.Earning Points.  The following lists ways in which Buyers can earn Points:


    1. By Making a Qualifying Purchase: Points can be earned on every dollar, in $1 increments, spent on a Qualifying Purchase. Points can be earned in a minimum of 0.01 increments. Buyers earn between 0.01-0.05 Points per dollar spent on Qualifying Purchases on Fashiongo.net. Minimum purchase must be at least $1 to earn Points. All Earned Points will be rounded down to the nearest hundredths place e.g., 0.5291 Pts = 0.52 Pts.

    The below chart provides an example of how Eligible Redemption Amounts and Redeemed Points may affect a Buyer’s expectation for Earned Points (based on assumption of 0.01 Points per dollar):

    2. By using Rewards Coupons:
    1. a. Generally
      1. i.  Rewards Coupons can be issued by any participating Vendor and Buyer can receive Earned Points without making any purchase;
      2. ii. To redeem Rewards Coupons, Buyer must activate the Rewards Coupon code on the Vendor’s FASHIONGO store page; and
      3. iii.Expiration: date of expiration for Points from Rewards Coupon is set by participating Vendor and generally included in information thereto from Vendor.

    2. b. How to redeem Rewards Coupons and conditions:
      1. 1) Earned Points can be redeemed on participating Vendor’s Qualifying Purchases only;
      2. 2) Maximum Points redemption rate is set by each Vendor, and is subject to change; and
      3. 3) Points may not be used to pay for shipping, taxes, or other fees.

    3. Submission of Product Reviews:
    1. a. Buyers can earn points for each product review they submit, but within the following limits and conditions:
      1. i.  Text: 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 percent of the order amount of the reviewed product.
      2. ii. Photo: 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 percent of the order amount of the reviewed product.
      3. iii.Text reviews must contain no less than 20 characters
      4. iv. Buyers can receive Points for reviews containing solely text or reviews with both text and photos, but will not receive any Points for reviews containing only photo(s) with no text.
      5. v.  Buyers can leave product reviews for each product in a Qualifying Purchase, but are capped at receiving Points for reviews based on number of unique style number(s) from their purchase. Ex: If a Buyer makes a purchase which contains 20 unique style numbers, they are capped at leaving 20 reviews for Points.  
      6. vi. the maximum Points eligible to be earned from leaving product reviews are determined by each respective Vendor.
    2. b. Earned Points will be reflected in “My Rewards” upon review submission and may be used on future orders immediately.
    3. c. Buyer cannot earn Points with a participating Rewards Vendor who has deactivated offering Points for product reviews or has otherwise toggled “off” the Points earning function for Buyers.
    4. d. Rate of earning Points is subject to change on a daily basis under the discretion of each participating Vendor.
    5. e. The following categories of reviews will not be eligible to receive Points:
      1. · reviews that contain text or images unrelated to the product being reviewed, including but not limited to, feedback on aspects about the product that is not within a Vendor's control, such as FASHIONGO's policies, the shipping carrier, etc.;
      2. · reviews that are compensated by means other than the product review rewards offered by the product's seller or that may have been unduly influenced by third parties;
      3. · reviews that are untruthful, false, or with the intention of defaming the Vendor;
      4. · reviews that are inauthentic or plagiarized (copied from other users);
      5. · reviews that contain personal information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, or bank/credit card information, etc.;
      6. · reviews that contain links or URLs to external websites;
      7. · reviews that contain profane, harassing, discriminatory; or sexual content;
      8. · reviews that contain advertisements or spam;
      9. · reviews that encourage illegal or illicit activities;
      10. · any other review that FASHIONGO deems inappropriate in its sole discretion.
    6. f. Buyers may receive Points for leaving Product Reviews within the first 30 days after a Vendor ships a product.  Any reviews left after the first 30 days of Vendor shipping a product will be ineligible for Points.
    7. g. FASHIONGO has the discretion to modify Points from product reviews in its sole discretion, including but not limited to adjustments arising from order amount modifications, disqualifying reviews, etc.
    8. h. Buyer is responsible and solely liable for disclosing all required disclosures pursuant to FTC and/or applicable law relating to those product reviews in which a buyer has a material connection to Vendor or it’s products or is otherwise required to disclose its relationship with the product or Vendor pursuant to any and all applicable laws. 

  4. IV. Redemption Value of Points
    When redeeming Points on purchases, 1 Point = $1 in redemption value.

  5. V. Conditions on Qualifying Purchases and Use of Rewards Coupons:
    1. a. Earned Points will be reflected in “My Rewards” at the completion of Qualifying Purchase, once the order has been shipped by Vendor (“Earned Points”).
    2. b. Buyer can earn Points for every dollar spent that is categorized as Eligible Earning Amount.
    3. c. Buyer cannot earn Points with a participating Rewards Vendor with an inactive or deactivated Rewards status.
    4. d.  Rate of earning Points is subject to change on a daily basis under the discretion of the participating Vendor.
    5. e. Buyer can enter desired redemption Points amount up to the maximum redemption rate at checkout;
    6. f. Points designated to be redeemed upon checkout will be categorized as “Pending Redemption” and will not be considered completely redeemed until the status of a Qualifying Purchase changes to Shipped; and
    7. g. If an order becomes modified after checkout, the following redemption rules will apply upon the Qualifying Purchase’s status change to Shipped:
      1. · If an order is added or modified in a way that increases the order amount from the original order, Redeemed Points do not change but Earned Points will change accordingly, subject to Earned Point rules. Example: If a $100 order is modified and increased to $200, whatever points redeemed on the $100 order will remain unchanged, but the buyer will now earn Points based on $200, not $100.
      2. · If an order amount is reduced from the original order, Redeemed Points that were used on that purchased will automatically be recalculated based on the reduced Qualifying Purchase. Example: if a $150 order is modified and decreased to $100, assuming Vendor has a Redemption Rate of 10% and Buyer used the maximum of 15pts, the modified decrease order will also decrease the Buyer’s redeemed Points from 15pts. to 10pts.
      3. · Any portion of the unused designated redemption Points reverts back to Buyer’s “My Rewards”. If the reverted Points are expired at the time of reversion, said Points’ expiration will be extended to the last day of the following month.  Example: If Points revert back on April 20th, if the same Points were set to expire on April 15th, those Points will now expire on May 31st.
      4. · If order is merged, the total designated earned and redeemed Points will not change from each original order.

  6. VI. Order Return and Refund
    If a Buyer receives a refund from a previous Qualifying Purchase, redeemed Points will not be refunded in cash, if Points were used. Where both cash and Points are used for a Qualifying Purchase, Points redeemed, in whole or in part as applicable, will be returned to the Buyer. Returned Points expire on the last day of the 3rd full month from the date Points were refunded.

Review Points
Review Points will not be retracted for returned or refunded products if the review has been submitted.

C. Limitations on Rewards Points

Points have no cash value. Points are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemable for cash. The sale or transfer of Points is strictly prohibited. Points may not be sold on any secondary market, and any transfer of Points to a secondary market shall be deemed void. If a participating Vendor leaves FASHIONGO, then any Points remaining in a Buyer’s Rewards Account from the said Vendor will be forfeited without compensation or substitution. There shall be no carry over or transfer of Points to other Vendor's programs. All earned Points are subject to expiration. Rewards Program policy is subject to change without prior notice.

D.  Expiration of Rewards Points


  1. As arising from product reviews, Earned Points expire on the last day of the 3rd full month following the day in which the product review was left.  Example: If a product review was left on 2/5/20 (date of Earned Points), Earned Points will expire 5/31/20.
  2. As arising from Qualifying Purchases, Earned Points expire on the last day of the 3rd full month following the date Points were earned. Example: Qualifying Purchase order placed on 1/20/2020 -> order’s status changed to “Shipped on 2/5/20" (2/5/20 = date of Earned Points). Earned Points expire 5/31/2020.

E. Reward Points Retraction


  1. Review Points will be retracted if the submitted Product Review is deemed disqualifying by FASHIONGO's staff (CS Team). In such cases, the Product Review reward Point will be subtracted from the Buyer's reward total.
  2. If any retraction or reduction of Points leads to a negative Point balance on Buyer’s account, Buyers may purchase more Points or write more reviews to gain Points to bring their account to a positive balance.
