This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and
redeem rewards points
("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards
Coupons. Earned Points
can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed
with the same Vendor which
the points were earned from.

Cancelation Policy
Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.
Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.

FASHIONGO REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS Vendor-Buyer Referral for Buyers
General
FASHIONGO is rewarding its buyers upon being referred to FASHIONGO by an existing FASHIONGO vendor and meeting all other eligibility requirements as stated below. These terms and conditions govern the FASHIONGO Buyer Referral Program, as it pertains to buyers (“Buyer Referral Program”). By participating in the Buyer Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Buyer Referral Program Eligibility and Rules
If a current eligible vendor (“Referring Vendor”) refers any new buyer (“Referred Buyer”) that registers and makes a purchase on FASHIONGO, Referred Buyer shall receive a $100 FG Coupon. Referred Buyers must register using the Referring Vendor’s referral link for the Referred Buyer to qualify for the benefits of the Buyer Referral Program.
A Referred Buyer can only receive a maximum of $100 FG Coupon for participating in the Buyer Referral Program, even if the Referred Buyer has multiple accounts. Qualified Referred Buyers will be notified of their earned FG Coupon upon meeting all requirements to earn the FG Coupon.
Buyer Referral Program Disqualifications
Notwithstanding the eligibility to participate in the Buyer Referral Program, Referred Buyers will be disqualified from earning any FG Coupon or benefit, or any FG Coupon, if already provided to Referred Buyer, shall be revoked, if any of the following occurs: a) the Referred Buyer is an existing or previous FASHIONGO account holder, whether under a new or previous account name; b) the Referred Buyer is controlled, owned, or under common ownership, or has common officers, directors, or employees as the Referring Vendor or any other registered buyer on FASHIONGO; c) the Referred Buyer fails to register via provided referral link; d) Referred Buyer shares the same shipping or billing address as any existing vendor or buyer already registered on FASHIONGO; or e) FASHIONGO determines any impropriety, misrepresentation, bad faith, fraud, or intentional misconduct on the part of Referring Vendor or Referred Buyer.
FG Coupon
Unless otherwise stated in this section, all rules and terms regarding FASHIONGO’s FG Coupons shall govern the $100 FG Coupon provided to all eligible Referred Buyers. All earned FG Coupons for qualified Referred Buyers shall be issued the FG Coupon no later than seven (7) calendar days after verification of the Referred Buyer’s valid business license. Any earned FG Coupons shall only be redeemable with the Referring Vendor’s online account. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, FASHIONGO reserves the right to revoke any earned FG Coupon based on any disqualifications as stated above.
Governing Law
If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The laws of the State of California, without reference to conflict of law rules, govern these terms and conditions.
Additional Terms
FASHIONGO reserves the right to amend, shorten, extend, or terminate the Buyer Referral Program at anytime, without notice to you, and in FASHIONGO’s sole and absolute discretion.
FASHIONGO reserves the right to not award or revoke FASHIONGO Coupons or disqualify any Referred Buyer from the Buyer Referral Program, in its sole discretion, including but not limited to actions it deems as fraudulent behavior or any other unethical conduct that has occurred in any way that compromises the fairness or integrity of the Buyer Referral Program.
By participating in the Buyer Referral Program, you agree to release and hold harmless FASHIONGO, its affiliates and subsidiaries, parent company, directors, officers, employees, and agents, and any other entity associated with marketing the Buyer Referral Program (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, loss, or damages arising out of, or in connection with the Buyer Referral Program. THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STATUTORY WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THIRD PARTIES RIGHTS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. IN NO EVENT WILL FASHIONGO BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS. Under no circumstances shall FASHIONGO’s maximum aggregate liability arising or relating to the Buyer Referral Program exceed $100.
If any legal action shall be necessary to enforce or interpret the provisions or otherwise arises or relates to this Buyer Referral Program, the prevailing party in such action shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees, costs and necessary disbursements, in addition to any other relief to which that party may be entitled.
